Another month, another ferocious release, this time we bring you Italian artist "SAEDEM", and he has provided one of the most compelling, energetic and impressive releases of the year, and yes, we know its only February, but just listen and you will know why we are damn certain that that this release will resonate throughout the years, thoroughly impressive production and great technical skills, and variety throughout the whole ep, whilst still keeping to a distinguishable & unique "sound". SAEDEM is not new to music despite his youth, he has been playing and experimenting with music from the young age of 10, when he started
to play the drums, and you can hear his passion and commitment to his chosen art-form in this astounding EP. The EP kicks off with the 135 BPM banger "Impetum Caedes", and it is an incredible way to start this immense EP, the progressions are subtle yet notable, a true floor filler from the get-go, a great way to get this scintillating EP going. Moving on to "Letalis Praeteritum", dropping the BPM by 1, but you would not notice, the depth and ferocity continues, to great effect, just listen to the track, I can try to explain this EP, but words cannot do it the justice it deserves, but I shall continue. "Omnes Viae Romam Ducunt" the third track on the release dropping the BPMs to the advantageous 132.5, another stomper form the kickoff, progressing at a breathtaking rate, with breaks that and drops that would dismantle any dance-floor, in a good way of course! Last but not least we have "Reactionem Catenae" a legendary way to finish of this colossal release, I have been listening to this track on repeat, and when you get a blast, I'm certain you will want to have this in your collection, this EP is par for course of what to expect from Variance this year, 2018 is going to be a significant year for the label, this EP is just the tip of the iceberg. Enjoy and watch this space, SAEDEM will certainly be on again, his talent is something we strive for, a superb producer, whom is only getting started.
